Creative reinterpretation of a traditional Polish Grodiziskie / Grätzer, this beer is brewed exclusively with oak smoked wheat malt. It was then matured in their Islay whisky barrel with brett and bacteria, and blended with a portion of fresh Grodziskie at bottling. 

The fresh rusticity and smoke from the young beer blends perfectly with the complex acidity and the peated notes of the barrel aged one.
