33 is the fourth beer in the Dundulis Freedom Series. It is a baked beer (keptinis), but after two years spent in French wine barrel, it has matured its own cosmopolitan characteristics, which, thanks to the wild fermentation, appear less sophisticated and more libertarian. The light fruity acidity, intertwined with the toasty rye bread, resonates in the vanilla oak tannins. Cheers for freedom!
