This is a blend of a 2021 Cuvée cider from Tempérance (from the No Control wine domain in Auvergne) and a mixed ferm BA beer infused with freshly foraged wild elderflowers.

It is dry and balanced between the "brut" fruitiness of the cider, the pungent aromatic of the elderflower and the rusticity of the barrel aged beer.
